    Monday, October 5, 2026
    Your written statement of objection must be submitted to the Court by Monday, October 5, 2026. You must also serve copies of the written objection to the Settlement Administrator postmarked no later than October 5, 2026.

  • Opt-Out Deadline

    Monday, October 5, 2026
    Your Opt-Out Request must be signed and postmarked on or before Monday, October 5, 2026.

  • Final Approval and Fairness Hearing

    Monday, November 16, 2026
    A Final Approval and Fairness Hearing concerning the Settlement will be held on Monday, November 16, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. PT, in Courtroom 5D – 5th Floor of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, 350 West 1st Street, Los Angeles, California 90012-4565.
